Orders confirmed before 2 pm are dispatched the same working day. Metro cities usually receive in 2–3 days, the rest of India in 4–6. Shipping is free above ₹499; below that it is a flat ₹49. You will get a tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is picked up.

Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If a seal is broken in transit, a batch looks wrong, or the wrong item arrives, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will replace it — you do not need to ship anything back.

Reply to the WhatsApp thread you ordered on and we will send the live status. If you ordered by phone, message us the number you ordered from and we will find it.

We supply clinics, pharmacies and distributors across India. Minimum order is ₹25,000 at distributor pricing, with exclusivity available by district. Message us with your city and the categories you want to carry.

Dosage, interactions with prescribed medicine, and suitability during pregnancy are all covered on each product page under “How to use” and “FAQ”. For anything not answered there, ask us directly — we would rather you check than guess.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: name, delivery address, phone number and what you bought. We do not sell or share it, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site. Ask us to delete your data at any time and we will.

Prices include GST and may change without notice. Product images are illustrative. Orders are confirmed only once we reply on WhatsApp with a total — an outgoing message alone is not a contract.
